Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and more via trusted courier services.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Caps: 3–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Custom Name Caps: 7–14 business days after order confirmation and advance payment

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier availability.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • Custom name embroidery orders go into production after 40% advance payment is received.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
